How Small Changes Create Big Change:

Have you ever felt frustrated because you can't achieve your big goals? It's not a lack of willpower, it's the way you look at change.

We don't think that achieving big goals requires giant steps, but the truth is that the power of change lies in small, consistent habits.

What are we?

This act is so simple it's almost irresistible. Think of habits like:

Reading one page before bed.

Drinking a glass of water to wake up.

Writing one sentence about gratitude.

Doing one push-up.

These actions may sound silly, right? But their effects add up over time, and that's magic.

The Magic of Push-Ups

Imagine improving yourself by just 1% every day. At first, you won't notice the difference. But after a year, you'll be 37 times better than you were at the beginning! This is the principle of compound interest applied to personal development.

Instead of trying to "become an athlete" (which is a big goal), I always have an apple as a snack. This simple change cements the message in your mind: "I am a health-conscious person." With repetition, it becomes part of your identity and automatically opens the door to better health habits.

How to get started?

I have one habit and one secondary habit: Don't try to do everything at once. Usually, it's one habit, then focus on small habits as much as possible so you don't fail at them.

Current habits: If you drink coffee (a current habit), make your new habit to read one page immediately after finishing your cup of coffee.

Focus on consistency, not perfection: Eating for one day or one day doesn't mean the end. What matters is getting back on track the next day. Persistence is the true measure of success.
